Rockwall, Texas - Patricia Ramsey Tomalin, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, in Rockwall, Texas. She was 84 years old.
Patricia was born on May 28, 1941, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to Anna Belle Ramsey and Ray Russel Ramsey, both of whom preceded her in death. She grew up in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, where she graduated from Camp Hill High School before continuing her education at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
On June 8, 1963, Patricia married the love of her life, Peter Tomalin. Together they built a beautiful life over 62 years, filled with adventure, companionship, and unwavering devotion. Their journey took them through New Jersey, Indiana, Texas, California, and Arizona before settling once again in Texas.
Patricia spent her professional life as an office manager for multiple medical offices, where she was admired for her diligence, warmth, and ability to bring order and kindness to every environment she touched.
She was a devoted member of the First Christian Church of Rockwall, Texas, and her faith guided her throughout her life. Her interests included reading, painting, traveling, and, above all, spending cherished time with her family.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Peter Tomalin of Rockwall, Texas; her brother Ray R. Ramsey and wife Debbie of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; and her sons Andrew Tomalin and wife Jamie of Heath, Texas, and Chris Tomalin and wife Pam of Royse City, Texas.
She was a proud and devoted grandmother to
Carson Tomalin and wife Lindsay; Makenzie Bulls and husband Barrett; Michaela Millender and husband Carson; Abbie Peavey and husband Rafe; Macy Dickson and fiancé Erik; Christina Burks and husband Clay; and Nicole Schmidt and husband Sebastian.
She is also lovingly remembered by her great-grandchildren Layton and Cooper Tomalin; Henry Millender; Margot and Stella Peavey; Clay and Charlie Burks; and Emory, Bobbie, and Baker Schmidt, each of whom brought her immense joy.
Patricia is further survived by her nephew Jeff Ramsey and wife Allison, and their children Lauren and Owen of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and her niece Allison McDonnell and husband Matt, and their son Knox of Littleton, Colorado.
Her family will honor her life with a private celebration, reflecting the warmth, humility, and grace with which she lived.

Patricia will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her artistic soul, and the deep love she poured into her family. Her presence will be profoundly missed, yet her influence and example will live on in all who knew and loved her.
