H. Wayne Antrobus, of Rockwall, passed away Sept. 28, 2013.
He was born June 14, 1949, in Williamstown, Ky., to the late Howard Antrobus and Helen Reed Antrobus. Wayne married the love of his life, Patty Beltran, on Aug. 5, 2000, in Dallas. He joined the Air Force in 1969 working in medical administration at Chanute AFB in Rantoul, Ill. After leaving the Air Force, Wayne found his passion and lifelong career in law enforcement. Upon his retirement, Wayne found joy in the investment board, retirees’ luncheons, genealogy, assisting with the Republic Party meetings, taking numerous trips to Colombia and working in his yard after a good cup of coffee. As involved as he was in many activities, the most important thing for Wayne was to spend time with his wife and son. He also lived his faith through his devotion and generosity to the church.
