Thekla "Frieda" Darr, 85, passed away Dec. 24, 2016.
She was born Aug. 22, 1931, in Spittal, Austria. Named after her grandmother, Thekla, she was known as Frieda to family and friends. Every year for her husband's birthday, she made schnitzel and her special German chocolate cake.
