Funeral service for Nancy Kuchenmeister, 52, of Heath, is scheduled for 5 p.m., Dec. 14, in the Allan Fuller Funeral Home chapel in Wills Point with Ret. Col. Scott Sealy officiating. Family will receive friends at the funeral home the afternoon of Dec. 14 from 4 p.m. until service time.
She passed away early in the morning of Dec. 10, 2012, in Rockwall.
Nancy was born May 30, 1960, in Dallas, the daughter of Robert Suratt and Betty Mildred Angel Smith. She was raised in Dallas and graduated from Prairie Valley High School in Nocona. On Sept. 20, 2001, she married Jerome Valentine Kuchenmeister in Rockwall. Nancy lived at West Tawakoni prior to moving to Heath in October 1999. She was employed by Raytheon in Greenville and currently employed by Graham Packaging in Rockwall. Nancy enjoyed riding motorcycles and spending time with her grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her mom, Betty Smith; an aunt, Evelyn McPherson; ex father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jack and Bobbie Cox; and friend Frank Foley.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Kuchenmeister of Heath; a son, Donnie Cox of Abilene; daughter Wanda Cox Grissom and husband Keith of Seagoville; two brothers, Bobby Lee Vicks of Wylie and Robbie Suratt of Abilene; and three grandchildren, Emily Grissom, Kacey Grissom and Healin Michelle Adara Cox.
