Jonathan Patrick Cummings of Royse City tragically passed away Sept. 29, 2013.
He was born in Garland on Nov. 20, 1975. He proudly worked in the commercial refrigeration field.
He was an avid gardener, beaming chef, and nature lover. While he delighted spending time with his sons, he also loved to fish, hunt, camp, work on cars, work in the yard and watch football. He was a hard-working father. He was fun, popular, wholesome, brilliant, creative, fun-loving and humorous. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Karin Anderson Cummings; two precious sons, Jonathan James and Ayden Patrick; his father, Tommy Glen Cummings and stepmother Liz Furnell-Cummings; stepbrother Steven Bryant; his mother, Lori Diane Feck and stepfather Scott Feck; grandmothers Billie Cummings and Dorothy Langford; many cousins, uncles, aunts, friends and co-workers, all of whom he wholeheartedly cherished.
His remembrance service is at the Best Western, 996 E. Interstate 30 in Rockwall today from 6 to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Karin Anderson Cummings at Bank of America to help defray expenses.
