Brandi Kaye (Bell) Peters, 34, of Rockwall, Texas, was called to her heavenly home Aug. 28, 2017.
She was born Aug. 18, 1983, in Sulphur Springs, Texas, to Henry David and Patricia Ann Bell. Blessed with a full head of "duck fuzz" hair, Brandi was especially cute as a baby. She was an avid softball player, a Wildcat cheerleader, a member of the High King Klub (HKK) and a tomboy who could give her brother and his friends a run for their money. Brandi graduated from Sulphur Springs High School in 2001 and earned a bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University in 2007. She was a Red Raider Recruiter, a Red Raider Football Fanatic and a member of Kappa Delta Sorority (??). Brandi married the loved of her life, Michael Albert Peters, July 7, 2012, in Dallas, Texas, was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Rockwall.
She loved her job at Glaxo Smith and Kline as an oral health consultant and was also a consultant for Rodan + Fields. Brandi enjoyed traveling and interior decorating and design for her self-owned business, B. Bell Designs. She was very bubbly and vivacious with an infectious smile and zest for life. Brandi had a knack for making everyone in a room feel like the most special person there and was blessed with numerous friends. She was a great friend, dedicated daughter and a loving aunt. Most of all, Brandi enjoyed being a wife to Mickey and a mommy to Presley and Brock.
Brandi is survived by her loving husband, Mickey Peters: daughter Presley Bell Peters; son Brock Leonard Peters; her mother, Patty Bell of Rockwall; brother David Michael Penson and wife Anne Michelle of Sulphur Springs; very special aunt Kim Anderson and husband Morgan of Sulphur Springs; cousins Laine, Kaylee and Lexi of Sulphur Springs; aunt Nancy Bell of Sulphur Springs; her parents-in-law, Leonard "Pete" and Sandy Peters of Rockwall; sisters- and brothers-in-law Ami and Colby Annett and J.J. and Travis Whitten; nieces and nephews Gage and Rafe of Sulphur Springs, Clara and Kacie of Heath, Texas, and Kaleb, Brady and John David of Newport Beach, Calif.; and numerous special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Henry David Bell; paternal grandparents Henry and Maxine Bell; and maternal grandparents E.T. and Edith Passons.
A funeral mass was held 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 1, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 1305 Damascus Road, Rockwall, 75087 with Father George Monaghan officiating. Interment followed in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Pallbearers were Morgan Anderson, Laine Anderson, Gage Penson, Andrew Passons, Chris Peters and Zach Butler.
A reception was held following the interment at the Rockwall Golf and Athletic Club, 2600 Champions Drive, Rockwall, 75087, from 1 to 5 p.m. The family received friends Thursday evening at Rest Haven Funeral Home - Rockwall Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m.
