Bobby Frances Stovall was born in Dallas on July 20, 1938. She passed away at age 78 on Feb. 13, 2017, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease. Her parents were Robert Rufus Ludwick and Lora Bertha Lindsey Ludwick.
In 1954, she married Alfred Lee "Sonny" Stovall and they lived and raised their children in Rockwall. Bobby worked 30 years for the Texas Department of Transportation and retired in 1992. Sonny passed away in 1988, and Bobby moved to Henderson to be near her daughter and her family in 1995.
Bobby was predeceased by her parents; husband; two sons, Dennis Michael Stovall and infant son, Robert Lee Stovall; and brother, Dennis Lindsey.
She is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Donna Freeman and husband Kelly; son, Ronnie Stovall; and daughter-in-law, Karlie Stovall. She was MawMaw to Christopher Freeman and wife Natalie, Shannon Freeman, Justin Stovall, Michael Stovall and Jeremy Stovall. She had six great-grandchildren, Braeden Wade, Olivia, Caroline, Beau and Millie Freeman and Brayland Stovall. Survivors also include sister-in-law, Theresa Lindsey; Sue Nixon and husband Bill; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and loved ones.

A graveside service was held Friday, Feb. 17, at Rest Haven Memorial Park in Rockwall.
Our hope is in Jesus Christ and we know she is with Him today and with all who have gone before her.
